DEAD SUMMER SOCIETY is an instrumental one-man gothic/doom metal project from Italy. ”The heart of autumnsphere”, the 2010 demo, is a journey through a liquid dimension which hasn't got any boundaries, excepting those belonging to Dream and Imagination. A soundscape suspended between cold atmospheres and epic outbreaks, whose theme meets with yearning and darkness, nostalgia and dreaming reflections. A tribute to Lewis Caroll's Alice's Adventures In Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass And What Alice Saw There. A Very rave-based album, hopefully something to move to. Topic: grindcore, rave, sakura pups, misspelled records, noise, death
Some purists go for evolving dissonant harmonies of metallic drones and resonances, extreme low frequency rumbles and machine noises, perhaps supplemented by vast atmospherics. With a "dark" and dissonant feel, this album uses sonic spaces for frightening, bottom-heavy sounds such as deep drones. This may not be everyone's idea of a culinary delight, but musically speaking this is sheer brilliance.
"This album is a try above all to make a proof of the beauty, the capacity and the strenght of the union of the free internet worlwide who is more than just a way of diffusion. This is a new way of human interraction, a new human behaviours, base on the fact that we believe than knowlegde and capacity of each single indivual must be give, must be shown, must be an active part of the rest humanity. We are the consequence, and we have to make an access to all the knowlegde, to raise... Topics: ambient, digital glitch, deviant electronic, electronic, experimental
wow!!! upon listening to element operation i automatically think Keith Morris from Circle Jerks, the tracks themselves have a flavour of that preeminent hardcore punk mixed with the pop-rock stylings of sonic youth and the lemonheads. this is a brutally lo-fi and totally art for art's sake kinda record. it's catchy, yet outsider. the beats per minute reach up to 260 on some songs, but more often they are in the 180-190 range which makes for some excited songs. the vocals are varied as are the... There's no mystery that the guitar has been an instrument of derision within the experimental scene, and that this CD with its recognizably pianistic guitar sounds of strumming and vocal's is in a dimension, a kinda Syd Barret toning way. It is the musical picture of a musician looking toward the future, or could it be the past, one has to think for a moment. This is indead a very interesting album full of "i guess" improvisations where all kinds of folk, avant styles come together,... Topics: guitar, experimental, vocal, avant garde

Holy shit, these guys sound like the Butthole Surfers crossed w/ Jello Biafra. Sid hails from Evanston, IL, USA, and the clean boys from Aarhus, Denmark, finishing up on a succesful tour in europe in may 2010. Recorded over skype, with two computers between denmark and the usa with a sound engineer and event coordinator the boys hit the nail on the head. By the time it was all done, they had recorded the album for your ears to enjoy.
Esoteric music style in the slow parts and an unreachable droning feeling that could make you trip. This could be perfectly suited as soundtrack for an obscure movie! SIRS creates a world of mysterious ambient sound. I play music alot like this almost constantly, (it's my "spooky music").
This demo offers justice in the form of brilliance of transition and ambietic composition that reflects, more than atmosphere of sound. Esoteric ambient and melodic guitar metal, almost symphonic and dark as once was. Such a mixture of dissonant feeling and mature texture throughout this two track beauty. Topics: melodic metal, experimental, metal, black metal, new york
This is a mix of previous releases such as the strange and distant lighter ambient with the over the atlantic disorted elements as well as some doom esque and shoegazey guitar. Topics: ambient, esoteric, noise, drone, ambient, soundscape
Jesus dont need your money So you can shop in hell You can reap what was sown when the house of cards it fell All the fake love that you give won't clean you from your deeds All the wars you propagate sprouting up like weeds No more moneylenders In the church of god Take your business cycle And Ram a cattle prod

A late night session gone wrong. Disjointed rock melodies and experimental oddities mixed into a pot and lovingly given out to its intendants. All free-form and done in one-take, in essence this is a live session. Topics: noise, noiserock, drone, experimental
Split release by German Duo The Domesticated Man and To-Bo. Der Domestizierte Mensch (The Domesticated Man) track is sculpted and impeccably structured. This is done with cold precision that has a techno-like pulse to it. To-Bo's track is full-on noise. The track is so crunchy and desolate that you cannot help but think of some of the better noise artists around. Regardless of the hype and buzz, Marvin and Bodo have a plan and have persevered as a collective to see it through.
These results are between a lot of influences as explained by Daniel. It is a drone - ritual - dark ambient sound that sounds scary and powerfull. (Inspired by the Chilean workers trapped in a mine circa 2010) Topics: drone, ambient, soundscape, experimental, misspelled records
If you're looking for subtle or tasteful effects, then gp elsewhere. This album is full of wall to wall noise and glitchy offbeat patterns and rhytmitic chaos. Theres' slow slices of field noise, the occasional glitch-pop and chaotic nuances. When you break a leg, you'll hear a painful cracking noise. Topics: glitch, experimental, electronbic, noise

Now it’s the turn of i am esper to compose his own soundscape in a true ambient sense. Sunrise over the Atlantic delves into all types of music within this genre. True lovers of ambient music will be spellbound. Ambient music better than this will not be easy to find.
he is back, can we get enough of the viking quest, probably not. this is a wierd collection of songs, tongue in cheek humour galore. who is mark mcumby, a quick google search revelas he may have a bebo account. anyways this is a good collection of vocal electronica and some wierd rambling about farting bodybuilders, it just get stupendously wierd. take a listen and enjoy the sounds Topics: ambient, vocal, electronica, electronic, experimental
how to describe the sound of trans atlantic, its surreal and trippy, and oh so avant. The mood here appealing, this sort of wierdness may not be on your everyday listening menu, but it's a fine example of the form created within. there are enough sonic embellishments to captivate the listener. Straight outta space. There is a very subtle creepy sound every so often. This vision of creepy crawlies running around. There is something very unnerving about this album, which I cannot quite put my finger on. Very atmospheric and haunting all at once it makes your hair on your neck stand on end.... this album makes you feel like your in your own sci-fi horror movie. Topic: ambient, drone, noise, soundscape
Harsh asthetics, and noise cover this glorious piece of mastery. Obtrusive and deviously cunning licks grinded outn at ferocity and glitchiness goodness. check out the other saucy delights : http://www.myspace.com/duplicitousimages
These pieces are wrapped up and put together using technological niceties, with an outcome that has an eluding landscape. "Version of Reality/Virtuality" is Darkslider heavily inspired sound through a digital realm. Frosty, ambient keyboard drones, perhaps opening a door into an unreal future. i am Esper has managed to combine ambient landscapes with discerning form. Spaces is a rumbling and rolling landscape of field recordings and human element. There is a dark underbelly to all...
The music may have started as something along light ambient, but it has been drastically worked into results that are breathtaking. Most of the album stands up to it's promises. If you enjoyed previous releases, then you will absolutely adore this follow up.
